Shipping large appliances and equipment requires careful planning to ensure your order arrives safely and in perfect condition.

  • Rest assured, your products will be handled with care by professionals throughout storage and transport until they arrive at your location.
  • We’ll keep you updated on your order's progress and let you know as soon as the goods have arrived at our warehouse.
  • Delivery arrangements will be finalized once we’ve received full payment for your order, including any applicable additional charges.
  • After delivery is completed and signed for, ownership of the goods transfers to you, along with the responsibility for their safe storage and installation according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Please note, our standard service provides kerbside delivery only.
  • If you need delivery to a location other than kerbside, this must be arranged and paid for in advance (see ‘additional charges’ below).

While we strive to keep things straightforward, certain situations may incur additional charges. These include:

  • Parking fees at the delivery location.
  • Toll charges, congestion fees, or similar costs on the delivery route.
  • Requests for delivery within a specific time window.
  • Deliveries to any location other than a ground floor entrance.
  • Situations where delivery couldn’t be completed as planned due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • When a site survey is required before delivery arrangements can be confirmed.

Preparing for Your Delivery

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free delivery, the following should be agreed upon and prepared before your goods are dispatched:

  • Access to safe parking for the delivery vehicle.
  • A clear and unobstructed access route for the goods, both outside and inside the delivery location.
  • Instructions for the delivery agent if there are security measures in place at the delivery address.
  • Precautions to protect any fragile surfaces, such as flooring and walls, as well as items along the access route.
  • Availability of an authorized person to inspect and sign for the delivery upon arrival.

By taking these steps, you’ll help ensure your delivery goes as planned and your goods will arrive in perfect condition.
